Day Two

From Jennifer Eppert, who is roughly 2,300 miles from the Grand Canyon, back home in Florida. Since the kids are relying on wifi at each hotel to upload their photos after a long day in the Arizona sun, I figured I would help keep the blog going by uploading the phone pictures I’m receiving from my son, Jonas.

Day Two: David, Mary, Jonas, Zachary and Becca explored some of the vortex sites in and around Sedona, with mysterious, magnetic energies, that inspire, invigorate, and calm with their "electric energy". Afterwards, a 15 mile drive between Sedona and Flagstaff, weaves through lush forests beneath high sandstone cliffs in one of Arizona's most beautiful areas. Trails, picnic areas, and natural swimming holes to stop and linger.
(Ok, so I totally copyright infringed on Mary's itinerary).

Jonas said along their scenic travels they sighted Bell Rock, stopped at Chapel of the Holy Cross and drove to Vista Point, Oak Creek Canyon which is an elevation of 7,000 ft.!

Here are some phone photos via text messaging from Jonas:
